Lovely crispy, fluffy batter to the fish and well cooked chips. Pizza was excellent too. Great value for money and the excellent selection of drinks for Clockwork too.

I used to go to Pancho’s a lot when it first opened, so had happy memories.  Boy, was I disappointed.

Chilli Rellenos de Queso

Fresh jalapeno chillis stuffed with cheese coated in a crispy batter, served with salsa and salad £5.50.  Watery salsa and not very fiery Jalepenos.

£5.75 for this!!!  Morrisons £1.99 box has more in and tasted better.

Rustic Lamb £12.95 – tasted bland, not enough sauce for the rice

Chicken Quesadilla £11.95  Another bland dinner, watery salsa

Very poor and very disappointed after having so many meals that were good before.

We ended with ice cream ( you could have greek yoghurt with greek honey)

The meze is £16.95 a head, and we had to ask for a doggy bag to take away it was too much!  Popular place with local with many people coming in to pick up their takeaways.

Love to visit again.

Visiting here after a long break to go to the Thank Folk its Tuesday night. We bought two halfs of beer – £3 for the two. Then went up to the launch night. Friendly staff, free nibbles and even a free dram! The music was excellent and the decor beautiful.

Yo Sushi, Frasers, Buchanan Street, Glasgow – Nov 2009

Sparkly new Yo Sushi on Buchanan Street inside Frasers Store. Large and clean restaurant and eager staff – what I’ve come to know of the Yo Sushi chain. We had an abundance of plates (well about 9 between us) and were stuffed (the duck udon soup is HUGE). Again not an everyday place to go for a meal as it’s a bit dear, but non-intrusive service, good selection of dishes and we left happy to have visited. Lot better than the Silverburn one in that you don’t have a mall beside you with people wandering past as you fail with your chopsticks.

Toilets are a bit funky too with some nice detailing such as the door handles and japanese take on the dyson hand drier.
